Network Control System
Station Maintenance: Allows the station operator to
perform database maintenance
operations on each member.
Comments: This allows the operator to log comments
during the course of the session.
End of Quarter: This function clears out the comment
file and the total number of hours
logged by each member.
Close Net: This function logs everybody off of the net.

Frequency & Mode: This function allows the operator
to record the frequency and mode of
operation during the session.
Traffic Message From: This function allows the
operator to create a
traffic message report.
Report Menu: This function allows the operator to
print a series of reports about the
comments entered and information about the
members in the database.

needed to maintain database integraty.

Station Maintenance
Log-In: The LOG-IN function allows the operator to
log members into the network database. The
member's call sign and state are required. If a
member is already in the database, the state
will be pre-filled. Next, the operator selects
the type of traffic and what the traffic is for.
Log-Out: The LOG-OUT function allows the operator
to log members out of the network database.
After entering the member's call sign, the time
the member was logged out and the total time
logged will be displayed.

Log-Out: Credit hours can be assigned to members who are
not logged in.
RollCall: Three types of Rollcall can be taken:
Group - Rollcall of all of the members that
are logged on to the net.
Single - Rollcall of just one specific member
who is logged on to the net.
State - Rollcall of all members who are
logged in for a particular state.

Review: The REVIEW function allows the operator to
view information about a particular member.
Delete: The delete function allows the operator to
delete a member from the database.
Even though a station may be logged in, it can
still be deleted.
Credit Hours: This function allows the operator to
assign credit hours to members. This is
very useful in the case when a station
cannot be logged into the database.

Edit: This function allows the operator to edit a
member's database record. ONLY the state and
total hours can be edited.
REMEMBER ANY AMOUNT ENTERED IN THE TOTAL HOURS
WILL REPLACE WHAT WAS THERE BEFORE.
The operator cannot changed the member's call
letters through this function. The old call
letters will have to be delete and the new one
added.
